System Properties Environment page

Functionality:

1. ListView: environmment variables on system; double-click to edit 
2. upper EditBox: name of environment variable to edit
3. LOWER EditBox: environment variable to edit
4. "Print..." button: prints environment variables ListView
5. "Style" button: switches ListView style: Large Icons, Small Icons, List view, Report view
6. "New" button: new environment variable NOT YET IMPLEMENTED
7. "Delete" button: delete environment variable NOT YET IMPLEMENTED
8. "Save" button: save modified environment variable NOT YET IMPLEMENTED
9. "Fonts" button: change ListView font NOT YET IMPLEMENTED
10. Apply button: refresh displayed information
